A few days in now after some trying to the we bought but can I start off by saying, Thank you Brailey you changed our life and made it better. To start me and my husband love this store as huge selection to choose from. My husband had such a good time we go extra goodies to take home all thanks to Brailey. She definitely knows what she’s talking about which I’m surprise to see someone that professional around here, we definitely will be coming back. The support and help with some laughs you shown us more than what we was expecting. We have went to a lot of multiple X Shops which most are smaller and the employees there is no help especially when we already confused as is sadly but never in my life seen my husband had such a great talking to Brailey about what he’s comfortable with and not getting him to not be shy which is a first, usually he just stand there while I ask all the questions. I can’t believe you had him asking more questions than me lol He really enjoyed yourself at this store, unfortunately we couldn’t stay all day. I’ll tell you though our time in there was treat with no doll moment in sight. Oh my goodness Brailey got my man and me out of our comfort zone a little. Let me tell you what, didn’t expect to go home with extra toys but we had to try them out. That was a good idea to get extra because it made our time even better. I love my man watching him have a fun and exciting experience brings enjoy to my heart. I feel so much closer to him even more. Brailey girl you are a little shiny knight in armor, you really in know your stuff. We had a great time with a new chapter to start in our life. Unfortunately, this is the only place like this around. I already am horribly embarrassed to go in however, I make a purchase and even read the sign as I pay about no returns. This product I purchased ends up being unusably broken. It is not safe therefore, I called over. The extremely helpful clerk who I paid with just 15 min earlier answer the phone and embarrassingly I gave her my name and number. She went over the top and ended up calling me back the same night after calling her manager personaly. She then called me back to tell me there were no returns or exchanges. Which I am perfectly understanding. They can throw it away for all I care I just have no reason to accept that I gave them this much money for them not to give me anything of value to me. They told me I could call the company and I said that is not my job that would be yours if you're the one representing the company period which I am a salesman so I genuinely believe that but she (owner) clearly is not and doesn't. If you are going to represent a company you should choose a company in which makes products that you also stand behind. And for purpose of this review alone I then looked up online the cost of said product. $7.... I could have it shipped here for $4 within 5 days that would cost me a total of $11 plus tax. At her store the same brand of product, I paid $37 for. She has my name and number and later in the week, I plan to post another review it will either balance out this one because she resolved the issue or...

Tonight I came in during a tornado warning. And, the two girls working (I am sorry I didn't catch their names) were super nice. It was my first time in a place like this, but they offered to let me stay if I needed to and shelter with them. I braved it and if they are reading this WE MADE IT HOME ladies!! But, they were very helpful. One was the manager she said when my husband asked who she was. She was knowledgeable and didn't make things awkward. At first, I was afraid to ask questions. I didn't feel smothered, either. They gave us space to just browse.
