Ordered a bedroom set last year. Firstly, it took honestly forever for us to get our stuff. Which is fine, I understand the situation, but it did end up weirdly getting pushed out a few times from what we were told, which was a little frustrating. Once we finally got it, they assembled the bed and brought in the dressers for us. Everything feels kind of cheap. What we thought was wood texture was really just like, stickers of colored wood. It’s weird. And some of the drawers on each dresser don’t even look like they are sitting in the dresser correctly, leaving these weird gaps. Which would also be fine and we could live with it. But the bed is so bad, and that is not fine. From the moment we first sat on it, it was shaky and squeaky. Like… bad. Loud. And it felt like it could fall apart. Literally we couldn’t even do any bedroom activities without it sounding like it’s breaking from moment one. And here we are less than a year after getting it, and in fact it IS breaking during said activities. The last two times, we’ve thought it was going to crash down. We are not overly large people. And my husband and I work opposite shifts so we don’t even sleep in it together! So 85% of its usage is with just one, normal weighted adult. That’s absurd. I sent an email about this back in the beginning, someone called me and left a message. I called back twice asking to speak with that person, leaving my info when she wasn’t there, and I never heard back. I’m literally at a point where I’m terrified it’s going to break and my cats will be under there. We’re probably going to get a new bedroom set tomorrow. Good...

I was looking for a comfortable and affordable rocking recliner so I stopped by and had a wonderful experience. The store was organized and clean, which made it easy to get down to business on finding the recliner for me. After asking a few questions and trying a few out, I had my selection made and we carried it right out into our truck bed and left. From start to finish it was probably 15 minutes. Store is huge, clean, and a great selection to choose from. Was greeted with friendly staff, was told if there was anything I was looking for, or needed anything just ask. I like that I didn't feel hassled or pressured into buying something. They had hand sanitizer & masks with a font friendly sign requiring wearing a mask right as you enter. I got a mattress, and was undecided on which one to get. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful with me about the 2 mattresses I was trying to choose from.
