My husband and I have been very impressed with Resolute. They teach you the proper techniques in strength and agility. Our 11-year old son grew a passion for getting stronger in his biceps as well as for Christ. As parents, we love seeing both of these. He is currently playing in his first year of tackle football and has excelled as both a fullback and D-lineman.
