A 1-star rating is too generous. The cashier (Moe) and the manager lack common decency and have poor customer service skills. There was an issue with a gas pump and wanted a refund instead, however, the cashier refused to issue a full refund. I did not receive any fuel. I asked the cashier for the manager's number and she gave me a non-working number. After assistance from the PD, I was able to obtain the manager's contact information. I tried calling the manager, but she avoided my calls and only answered by text message. She refused to hear my concerns and was hostile from the start.
