Weigel's — Local services in Farragut

Weigel's has long been my preferred gas station. Over the last year especially, I VERY regularly encounter non-functional pumps at this location (Westland Dr). Either the credit card function is out of order (most common) or the pump trigger itself won't engage after accepting my card. Forget ever obtaining a receipt at the pump. Today, I tried two failed pumps before finding one that worked. The let the employees know inside and was met with the glazed indifferent expressions one might expect. It's pretty frustrating trying to justify the convenience of location with the inconvenience of finding a working pump when it's busy. I'm hoping someone with the motivation to look into this happens to follow these reviews.

Update 11/14/25: I had three pumps not work today. Apparently it is a known problem that you cannot pump premium gasoline without a special trick of the wrist. I went to two separate pumps and the pump wouldn't engage after accepting my card. I went into let the attendant know and they said it has a hard time building up pressure with premium gas. I went to a third pump and it wouldn't accept my selection of Premium at all. I am so fed up with broken pumps at this place. I care nothing for its convenience at this point I would only come here out of desperate need. I would just go somewhere different if you want to pump gas, because this is not what this gas...

Just stopped by this location on a busy Saturday afternoon & that’s the messiest, unorganized Weigles store I’ve ever seen in my life. Empty/dirty cups all over the soda fountain area, out of ice on 1 side, then went to pour a Fanta & they were out of that too. So, I settled on a cup of ice & guess what? No lids. I turned to look at the 2 guys at the registers & they were covered up! Way too busy w/customers to have time to stop & restock. When I got to the register, I informed the young man that they were out of soda & lids. He was very kind & apologetic & even offered to go hook up the Fanta for me even tho they had a line of customers. I declined because I knew that would put those poor fellas even further behind. Earlier this morning, we stopped at the Weigles on Kingston Pike near Chic fil A & although that store looked clean & tidy, there was only 1 woman working on a register & again, she had a long line of customers. She apologized for my wait but I told her it certainly wasn’t her fault. She was obviously doing the best she could all by herself, poor gal. Idk what’s happening with Weigles. They used to have the cleanest, facilities & always had plenty of ppl working to get you thru...

I have used this store for a few years now on a daily basis. It has been one of my favorite stores but apparently there were some changes in the last couple of months and it has become an absolute disaster. The current manager isn't very approachable and made a comment to me when I asked about the changes the the previous staff didn't want to work with her so they went to other stores. Is that telling you something??? The store is dirty now. I went yesterday and this morning and there is very little product. There was no warm food. They were out of drinks in the machine in the has been this way for two days. That should be an easy fix. I am not sure what happened to the previous management and team was in there but you need to bring them back and get that store back into shape. The tough part is the store on Northshore is just as bad so I guess its back to Caseys. Atleast they are clean and...
