Weigel's — Local services in Farragut

I entered this establishment needing to use the bathroom really badly. I had been ubering all evening and as soon as I got to this place it was an hour before they had to close and yet the bathrooms were closed down for cleaning. Because I am a retail manager I know for a fact that even if you clean restrooms a little early to get yourself out on time you still by most company standards are not allowed to close the restroom to customers till the establishment itself is closed.. this is improper business procedure and very rude. It was pretty bad that the second gas station I stopped at which I left a review for kenjo up the street was closed and they're supposed to be 24 hours and the lady there showed me away like I was a dog.. I don't care what's going on with employment issues in our country customer service should still be a number one priority and every customer should be treated with dignity and respect. To the older gentleman working today 5/21/25 @2:30pm this man is absolutely terrible customer service. I bought 2 corn dogs and put mustard in a to go box, when I went p to check out I was telling the guy what I had so hw wouldn't think I was stealing but I also have a speech impediment and I have struggled stuttering all my life. While I was trying to tell dude what I had stuttering at the same time, this guy cut me off which is very rude I left like I was getting made fun off, I have been bullied all my life because of my stuttering. I'm absolutely disgusted by this older gentleman. I'm 34 and a man his age should not be making anyone with a speech impediment feel the way he did me....

Normally, I have a good experience at this Weigles, everyone just does their job. Then Kailey came along. Today when I went to purchase two beers, she told me that I looked like I was 12 years old.
