AS Apparel — Local services in Fate

They did the homecoming shirts for Rockwall high school 2025. I ordered my daughter’s shirt the second they were available. They had a shipping option for which I paid as I just wanted it delivered to my house so I didn’t have to worry. They did not ship the shirt. They took it to all sports in Rockwall and let me know it was ready for pickup. I emailed them requesting a refund for the shipping they did not ship. I called and left a voice mail a week later after no response to my email. I texted them like the voice mail message said to do. No response. I called again. No answer. At this point, I’m left to believe they don’t care and are happy to keep money for a service they did not supply. What sucks the most is we didn’t even get the shirt on time but still picked it up late even though it was pointless by then. All I asked for was a shipping refund. But they didn’t respond to any form of communication.

Update: a few hours after leaving this review, they sure did call me to tell me they would be issuing my shipping refund. Leaving my one star because it’s wild that it took that many points of contacts to get a refund. Do...

Great experience from start to finish. Haley and Michael were phenomenal. I wanted to try out a local small business. They greeted me, listened, and wrote all my concerns down. The follow up emails were appreciated. I will be returning due to the final product results. Had hats made with embroidery. The stitching was flawless.
