Came in for my appointment to have my septum pierced (would be my first piercing!), and the first thing I noticed was how clean and organized everything looked. Paperwork was fast and the person who helped with it was friendly!

The piercer (Micah) was amazing. Originally, like I said, I was coming in for a septum piercing. However, Micah checked and explained that I don't have a sweet spot which could make things difficult (especially in the healing process) if I decided to go through with it. So I decided to switch it up and go with some snakebites!

He took his time and made sure everything was done properly, which I appreciate a bunch given how nervous I was. After we were done he gave me an aftercare sheet + demonstrated how to clean the piercings.

I wanted to get a piercing so I tried calling the studio to get make an appointment. I ended up texting the phone number in which I got a very short response that led to not getting any other responses. I reached out the next day, nothing. I decided to try one more time and reached out today (a week later from my second attempt) and asked for the direct contact info for the piercer. Never got a response this time either. Very frustrating that they don’t answer the phone and even more frustrating that they don’t text back even though their voicemail specifically states to text the number. Man, after going through some of the reviews, I hoped that I wouldn't be one of the few that leave not a great review. I called to ask about a potential tattoo. Was directed to send a text instead. So I sent a text. Was asked one question and sent one back. This was like 2 weeks ago and still haven't heard anything back. I really wanted to use this place cause the artists seem amazing and the location is pretty close to where I live.
