Moved to Anderson Creek Area 3 yrs ago and furnished my whole house with this store. The layaway program was perfect for me at the time and they were extremely flexible. The furniture was great quality so I hadn't needed to go back until a few days ago and I went in and it was different staff, but the same great service and they even added a touch screen catalog (fancy) but they were extremely helpful, even to the point one guy quoted me on a kind of pricey mattress and before I could let him know I was looking for something less expensive the other guy gave me a lower price for a just as good new mattress. The service is amazing. Got a call this morning letting me know my mattress and boxspring had arrived. I purchased a mattress set from Anderson Creek Furniture, with a 7 year warranty . Here I am 7 months later with a defective mattress. I have visited this store several times with no resolve. The manager tells me I have to speak with the owner. He will not call me to discuss this matter. I would not recommend anyone to patronize...
