Overall, I'd say my experience was less than pleasant. The install itself was clean and I appreciate that so I'll give 2 stars. However, I did not appreciate the customer service. I brought in an aftermarket android radio after being quoted over the phone for $80 plug and play install. The CSR prices me at $180 and says he will not install the camera that comes with the package. He also stated that the install will take 2.5 hours. 6.5 hours later, I pickup the car. None of the steering wheel functions are working, the factory rear view camera is not working, the radio is making a humming noise, AND the lights on the dash are flickering. But they finished the install and put everything back together. I politely ask the rep "Can you make sure you connected everything correctly. This seems unsafe to drive". He says "You can bring it back Sunday. This is a common thing". If it's common, why not have a disclaimer? Why not notify the person that their car is not safe after work THEY performed? Why not let the customer know what's going on BEFORE closing it up? Very dissatisfied. Hopefully Sunday, they will relook at their work. If the fault is the radio I brought, then hopefully they will uninstall it.

I walked into two different places in fayetteville looking for a quote. Rhudys down on the murc, And banging systems right across from it. Rhudys quoted me a much higher price on the product i wanted but were professional. I visited banging right after to see what they could offer and gave me a way better price by 400 bucks, and only charging me 65 dollars to hook up my setup in my 2015 cadillac. David informed me with different options and suggesting what bass setup would best suit my vehicle and my preferences. David was very laid back and knows his audio for a young guy. He was informing me that there was no need to change my factory door speakers since the factory bose system sounded good but, that it would be a great idea to add some bass making me feel comfortable and knowing he didn’t want to just upsell. I then got the 12” mojo, alpine amp, and battery. Where the technician Carlos took care of the rest and made sure i got out of there banging! Overall i’d say my experience was very good, the only issue i had was waiting about 4 hours for my car to be ready. Which was no issue because they definitely earned my business and had the lowest prices. Come check them out🤝🏽

The store Banging systems hook my vehicle up at first I thought I was gonna be disappointed, but the way they did it they amaze me. I love every moment of it. I enjoy everything ready for me and I definitely recommend them for everybody else to come and buy their equipment from here. Other than them taking a while to finish my vehicle I could not be any happier with the system they put in my vehicle. SUPER WORTH IT and I think to myself, You can never rush quality work😎 SO WORTH IT, best audio shop in the area, With a VARIETY OF EQUIPMENT. I literally hit the goldmine of audio here!

This place is absolutely the worst! I wouldn’t suggest anyone to visit this location! I’ve never seen it take so called “professionals” 2 whole days to hook up a stereo system. My son called this establishment one day and asked if they were able to install equipment. They answered yes, and proceeded to say that they could have it done by the end of the day. My son then asked how much it would be and they proceeded to say that it depended on what my son had to install. At this point, my brother called back and reassured that they could install the system that day and asked the price. They told my brother yes, the system could be installed that day and they gave him a price range of what the installation would potentially cost. Upon arriving to the location, it was barely raining and we heard comments in reference to no one wanting to go outside to check the equipment to see what had to be installed due to the rain. At this point, my son was told that he could either leave his car overnight or return the next day (red flag #1). Upon returning the next day, my son dropped his car off and later called to see if it was ready to only be told that it wasn’t. Returning back to the location at 7 p.m.(which was closing time) cause we hadn’t gotten a phone call stating the car was ready, we find out that the car was finished(supposedly). My son approached the register to pay his bill and my brother decided to check the “professionals” before the payment was made. Needless to say, the job was partially complete. Absolutely nothing was wired up. At this point, we were told to return the next day for completion, but was still charged for a not even half done job. (red flag #2). Arrived the next day at 9:44 a.m. and signed in. Because of the negligence the prior 2 days, my son informed the manager that he only wanted the 2 wires ran and he would let my brother finish the rest. The manager agreed and proceeded to say they would only charge $15.00. We were told that their was 4 cars before my son car. By 1 p.m., his car still wasn’t pulled in for completion. Then he was told 3 cars were ahead of him. Long story short, to get 2 wires ran, they didn’t finish until 8:30 p.m.! Upon completion, we found out that instead of ONLY running the 2 wires as they were told, they completed the entire installation. 😡 😡. O, but they suppose to be accredited by the BBB! No way! (Matter of fact, I will be giving BBB a call!) During our 11 hour way, day #3, we found out from several people that the employee Julio is bribing customers to give him a great review in order to get a discount. Not to mention all the people that was returning with things that went wrong with their car the day before. I wish I could give a zero star rating as it it well deserved! This type of business is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! Do yourself a HUGE favor and take your...

I googled this place and decided to go here based on the reviews. I did not enjoy my experience here. I went in with an aftermarket stereo already installed in my car. Unfortunately, I was not able to get the sound to work so I took it to this place. They charged me $50 and waited an hour and a half just for them to tell me what I had already told them. Before I could even get the problem out of my mouth they were ready to go up on the prices (they quoted me $500) before I even said what the issue was. I had to double-check $500 just to troubleshoot. Are you serious? And that's when they said $45 to troubleshoot ($50 after taxes). I believe they could have fixed the issue but instead, they were overcharging me and kept trying to sell me their stereo in their store. I do not recommend this store to anyone! I drove 12hrs to FL in silence. When I stopped at a stereo shop in FL they charged me $40(after taxes) to troubleshoot and rewire my stereo and it was fixed in 20mins. You're damn right I left them a 5-star review and gave them a tip!!

Responding to the owner: First of all as a business owner it's important to properly respond with correct grammar and understanding of my written issue!! Secondly, I never said I wanted work to be done for FREE! I said yall were trying to charge me high prices before I even explained the issue. Third, I clearly said that I PAID $50 for yall to tell me exactly what I already told yall and I waited an hour and a half just for that!! I also did not say I initially went to another shop! I installed it myself and could not get the sound to work. I explained to yall it was because of the harnesss wiring not matching the factory wiring. Which is what yall repeated back to me! I explained this very thing to a shop in FL and it took them 20 mins to fix because I told them exactly what the problem was. Your shop was too busy trying to sell me and get money out of me instead of actually trying to resolve my issue and because I didn't want to buy yalls stereo instead yall sent me away saying you couldn't fix it. To address Google reviews briefly, yes I came based off the reviews but my experience and issue was clearly different then others. I just expected the same quality of customer service that I did not get! I'm not going to leave an unfair review if I was lying. I'm simply explaining my experience which was a disappointment. I don't care for either shop but simply wanted my sound in my car to work. If I was treated fairly then I would have left that review. If yall didn't want to fix it then you should have said that instead of taking my $50 and trying to sell me other stuff!! Simply put! I hope you correct the grammar and wording in your response and have better understanding of my review!...

Went in to get a specific audio extension done for my car around a month ago, and when I came in the guy behind the counter didn't know what I was talking about. When they did try to find what I was asking for, they came back with a price that was almost double what another place that would've, but I was under a time crunch so I took the hit there.

They gave no estimated time on when it would be finished, and when I was waiting they kept trying to up sell me on another unit while my car was "apart" in their garage. They told me the new part was easier to put in, but still wanted to charge the same amount for labor and add on extra for the more expensive part. When I told them I simply wasn't interested, the guy trying to sell me the part gave me the ominous "You'll see" with what was wrong with the part that he was selling me. Seriously, what a jerk.

Maybe my expectations are too high, but when I go in to a shop wanting a specific extension added to my car, I expect to get that extension and not to try to be sold something else. I understand they're a business about money, but I'm not a window shopper going in and asking about what I should do for my auto. I know what I wanted, and I didn't need the vague "You'll see" that come from the guy trying to sell me this more expensive part. Made me seriously question if they were going to do something that would make the part that I wanted not work in the car as well as it should so that they could get me in the shop again in 6 months.

When the extension was added on, it worked perfectly fine as it should and no problems over a month later. I use it almost daily and have been very satisfied with the quality of the product. The only thing that is a bit annoying is that they didn't add an additional port for this extension, and instead decide to run it in through the side presumably so they didn't have to do anything extra on the head unit in the car. The cheaper options offer the additional port add on to the head unit, so I was disappointed that the people selling the service for a higher price couldn't have even been bothered to do the same.

Overall, good overall product in the end, but the service was so poor, pushy, and standoffish I can't really recommend anyone come here unless you're like me and were on a time constraint. Cost for what I wanted was more than the competitors, and the service wasn't as good...
