The manager was so racist and disrespectful, she followed me and my husband around the store pretending to look around thinking that she was a regular customer but when me and my husband was observing an ancient item , she told us rudely that we couldn’t touch it then started walked to the front and immediately and got on the phone to call someone. Honestly as a Manager you should be able to greet your customers and not trying to play spy agent , We were actually planning on buying some shell beads that we saw but the customer service was horrible and they told my husband they didn’t have a restroom and I believe it’s because he’s a African man . Have never been to store, but it was clear just from over the phone that the employee customer service is phenomenal. I found an ad on Facebook marketplace for an item and inquired about it, asking for additional photos, etc. She informed me it was in her booth here. Seeing as how I live about two hours away, I wanted a better look before driving to purchase. the woman on the phone went above and beyond for me. She found the item in said booth, described it to me and even found a way to send me the photos I was requesting. She didn't have to, yet she chose to take the extra time for me and was very prompt as well.
