Kinlaw's — Local services in Fayetteville

My youngest son gave me a jar of Kinlaw's Apple Butter - no sugar added. It was the best that I have ever had. I am a diabetic and my oldest son was recently diagnosed with it. He lives in Mass. and he wanted to know if I still made apple butter. I don't. I went to Kinlaw's to get him some but they were out. The woman that helped me was so very nice. She talked to 2 other employees and got my name & phone # & said they would order some and call me when they got some. I was sitting in my car in front of their store texting my son. My husband called and said Kinlaw's had just called abt the apple butter. I went back inside and they said they now had a 2nd store and they had some. They said I could drive to that store or they would get it delivered to them the next day. I went to the new location and got 7 jars. That store's employee went way out to help me! Yeah,...

First off the customer service is terrible. Walk into the place and there's a man sitting there, he doesn't greet you, he doesn't even want to look at you. I let him know that this is our first time there, he points at a sheet of paper, he doesn't offer any information. With every question, his only reply is, what do you want to do? Between my wife and I we figured it out.we spent a hundred dollars in this place, we should at least get a hello. Got ribs and t-bone steaks. The t-bone is what we cooked first, and we got the answer to why the meat is cheap, because it was tough, hard to chew, so we got what we paid for. The quality of the t-bone we bought was poor. So Between the customer service and the poor quality meat, that will be our first and last time there. We hope your experience is...

I moved to Sanford NC 2 years ago. I'm really mad at myself for just now finding out about Kinlaws. I just came back from there and I am beyond amazed by the freshness, quality, affordability , and inventory of all the fresh meats! Every worker in the store greeted us with smiles and a warm welcome! They are very helpful and knowledgeable about the meats and products they sell. After I checked out with 2 big boxes of meat , the young man at the check outline carried the meat right out to my car and put it in without even me having to ask for help. I will NEVER buy meat at food lion or Walmart again!!! Thank you guys for providing a beautiful assortment of meat at an affordable price!! You have a customer for life...
