First I would like to say this is the best dispensary I've been to in Arkansas. Excellent facility, information and gear/goodies and the staff are kind and genuine. They have great deals and they hope to implement more in the future.
I did have a problem today and I'm honestly a bit shocked that preventative measures were not already in place. There is often a decent line to get into the shop itself due to COVID-19, so lots of standing outside in line...totally understandable. Today, was the longest I've waited so far and it really wasn't even that long. The problem for me was the persistent smell of cigarette smoke while I'm waiting in line to get my MEDICINE. I was literally being poisoned waiting in line for medication. I called Purspirit while I was in line and mentioned what a nuisance it was and which person was doing it. I was told it would be looked into. Nothing happened. When I was finally inside the building, I inquired about the issue and I was told there was nothing they can do. First, isn't there a law about smoking within so many feet of a business entrance? Secondly, "No Smoking" signs could be placed all over the building and lot. So, yes, something can be done.
Like I said, it's absolutely outrageous that anyone has to deal with someone else's poison while stuck in a line trying to get MEDICINE. There was an area of grass over by the trash bin that could be made into a smoking section. If they don't like the smell of the trash bin...hey, welcome to the other side of the party. If I have to deal with being forced to smoke a cigarette here again, it will be my last time coming here. Hate to be like that, this place is great in every other way, but I'm not going to deal with inhaling someones cigarette. It's an absolute violation of everyone else there that doesn't smoke and apparently she can do as she pleases, even though she wasn't even actually going inside to pay like others were. If it were a bar I was waiting to get into, sure, but it's a place of health and well being...that's the kind of life I try to live and that's why I don't go and buy cigarettes myself and bombard myself and others with my toxicity. Anyway, I feel I've made my point, even though it shouldn't have had to even been made.
I gave 3-stars here as Leafly filters out any reviews under 4-stars, so my review did not post on Leafly...sounds super legal!!...just buy your reviews! Anyway, quality here is 5-stars, service is 3-stars as they did nothing about the woman forcing her cigarette on everyone, and 3-stars for atmosphere because a large portion of the time my atmosphere was filled with cigarette smoke. Otherwise, nice facility. I just don't understand the 'smoker protections' at a medical dispensary. I know this is Arkansas, but that's completely backwards. I'm surprised we don't have to have Holy Water thrown in our face every time we leave a shop. Hell, I saw someone come out with oxygen...I don't believe you're supposed to smoke around those. There should be no smoking/vaping at any dispensary FOR SO...
Read moreShopped here for 3 years, once a month religiously. It's so awesome to buy an OZ of water leaves for 100.00! Wth? 2nd photo is literally the extent of an ounce of "smokable" medical grade cannabis. It weighed out 1.5 grams of usable smoke out of an entire oz of product. What a waste of my precious cash again!
Previous two purchases, the buds had so many seeds it was as bad as cartel dirt weed. I thought this sometimes happens but my last 4 trips have been nothing but resource waste. Shake, seeds, weigh outs not right. Smh.
This used to be a top notch dispensary. Since changing locations.. the product has been poorer and the customer service has been meh at best with the less than stellar bud tenders I manage to pull.
It is my opinion the "sale flower" is less cost effective in the end. All of it, Bold, Natural State, Osage Creek.. don't buy it. They sell you less than popcorn buds but call it a deal. It's not. My last "popcorn bud" sale was 8 Natural State Medicine 3.5 gram packages that weighed out an average 3.2 grams per package... not 3.5.
Do that math, it's not in your favor. It's seedy, dry af and not what you paid for.
I feel extremely cheated. Now, what am I supposed to do for medicine this month? I don't have extra cash just laying around and you probably don't either. I mean, I have 15 dollars in store credit but what's that? Less than a weeks worth of medicine. Just spend...
Read moreAn excellent dispensary for all your dispensary needs. Park in the front or back (for discretion). Approach the front door. If nobody opens the door from the inside to check your medical marijuana license, push the call button next to the front door and hold your license up to the camera. The door will unlock and you can enter. Immediately upon entering, an attendant will ask for your card and invite you to browse the lobby area until they call your name to enter the store. You'll need cash so go to their ATM with a Debit card (no credit, debit only) or bring cash. The ATM charges 3.00 for the transaction so it's better to bring cash with you. When they call your name, you will enter the purchasing area and be directed to a booth. Talk with your attendant about what you're options are and make your purchase. They'll give you back your Medical marijuana license and you're on your way. It's super easy. The customer service is excellent and they are quite knowledgeable about their products. Prices vary but they run some amazing sales. Highly recommend. Note- Turning left back onto MLK jr. Blvd can be tricky. If there is a lot of traffic, turn right into the center lane and then left into the Lowe's parking lot. Then you'll be able to turn around and turn right onto MLK...
