Show up with my daughter who lives at college. She was home for weekend. The Coupon given for sale at door as each customer enters. They wouldn’t give her one since she is my daughter who is an adult and at college. The little girl handing out the coupons, maybe graduated from high school, insisted my daughter couldn’t get a coupon.

My daughter drove over from college for a fun morning and they treated her like a 5 year old. Not a good look for this place. A lady who was another first time customer came up to us in the store after and heard how the worker had handed this when we entered the store and said “that was WRONG”. I agree!

We just want to let others know how they operate at this store. Made us feel small - when your child is away at college and independent they should be treated that way.

Not a big deal - just won’t go back to this place again. Too bad because the rest of the staff was pleasant and friendly.

By the way, everything is marked way up anyway- you can order online and get basically the same or better price if you know what you want.

Note: looked at all the other one star reviews to make sure I wasn’t missing the mark - seems lots of folks have had issues. How will the owner respond and dismiss my comment?

I was recommended here by my foot doctor for a comfortable shoe and they definitely have all of them. I’ve been to Fleet feet and they have the nice foot measurement but they don’t have the same variety as this place Smith and Davis also has clothing and other gear that really make this a complete store. It’s quite surprising how much merchandise they have. If they don’t have your sizes, they can order them and typically they have a good variety of sizes even up to size 14, which makes me happy that I can walk out of there with my shoe or have it delivered fairly soon. The assistant takes the time to allow you to put on both shoes and walk around. Try on as many as you’d like, buy or not-still great service. They showed me shoes. I didn’t know about that Worked well with my feet and made me want to buy three shoes. The first time I came here I bought two shoes and this time I purchased one. Hello, I was in your store today around 5:15-5:45. I had a horrible experience I understand greeting me and making sure I’m okay and know the sales. But I was followed, watched and one lady even took a item out my hand and said she would put it at the front counter. I work for a living I do not need to steal one shirt or hat or shoe from your store. Also to add, I was back looking at shoes a gentleman walked up to me and kept looking down at my shoes like I may have had on a pair of y’all shoes. Again I don’t need nothing that I can’t pay for. I do not suggest this store to anybody. You treated me wrong and I felt very uncomfortable today. Did you judge me because I’m black? Or because I have long hair? Or maybe it’s my beard?
