Make sure you avoid this shop. I called and asked for a tire, was told he had it, went in, and he told me he’d put it in the trunk. I paid, got home, and it wasn't what I asked for. Went back to tell him, and he insisted it was the right tire for my car, which it wasn’t, since I have a Tesla that requires an extra-load tire rated at 101W for thicker walls on an EV. My wife had the same issue. She left a review after trying to purchase a used tire, and they quoted her way over $100 just because they saw she was a woman with a luxury car. If a customer asks if you have a product, don’t lie and stuff it in their trunk. And yes, it was a used tire, but how are you putting on a used tire with less tread than my 8-month-old tires and with a damaged wall on a Tesla?

I purchased a used tire. It should be well posted that there is a three day warranty on used tires not in the fine print of receipt. I returned after warranty period because newly purchased tire is leaking air. They communicated to me that there was a wire that puncture the tire. Please keep in mind they did not show me the puncture. They repaired with a patch. A few days later, I returned with same issue of losing air. I had to explain issue with three individuals before getting assistance. The person in the office came out a told me it was a bad stem. Thinking back, it was a bad stem from the beginning. The person from the office also had a bad attitude because I could barely understand him through his thick accent. They threw my spare in my truck, did not put it in the well where it belongs. Charged me another fifty bucks to repair (remember the $50.00 from the mysterious puncture) and I was sent on my way. [$50 for bad tire, $50 for patch and $50 for stem]. I have a lowered car with rear camber kit. The shop I normally go to is over a hour away, so I decided to give these guys a try when my alignment went out. I have 2 degrees of camber due to my car being low and when one wheel went out of camber I asked them to match the camber on the other wheel because the wheel was sticking out and rubbing on the rear fender. They upped their price on me when they saw my car was lowered but I needed the tire to stop rubbing to I paid like $170 for them to align one wheel.
