In the way of "Villages" this one isn't as much of a let down on bait-and-switch like some of the other Corner Store/Service Station/ Shopping Center. It's cleaner than most of the "Villages" I've had the unfortunate displeasure of frequenting. Very nice people that work and ship here though.

I love it here everybody looks out for one another. Such Heavenly Sunsets. It's like The Hot Air Balloon 🎈 Fiesta is right in your Front Yard. In 2022 it actually was. Right in Front of Our Trailer.

Tons of drug activity all day and especially all night. Its extremely dangerous due to drugs and alcohol. Some kids will get into alot of trouble durning school breaks so its better when school starts the maun problem is the drug/alcohol abuse. Tons of Vehicles drive around during the day and nigh. Dangerous...

I do not recommend anyone live here! This is the worst place to live in. The experience was horrible. The manager and maintenance people love to harass people, even worse if you're hispanic. Living here is a nightmare. Do not even...
