Appointment is needed. They had space to park until your turn to get loaded or unloaded. It had taken around 2 hours from the appointment time. There is space outside and empty space on side of facility for overnight parking. You can park at-least 2 trucks immediate outside the location and many more in empty parking space along side facility.

In and out within 1h30m for a pickup check-in was smooth. You have to park in the back lot and someone will come get you. Must drop trailer in Bay when loading and pull forward about 5feet. TMobile has really bad signal there. Red circle is the truck entrance Yellow circle is the where you park to get loaded

As a driver this place isn’t all that bad. It is very small but they have a yard for drivers to park and the area where the docks are aren’t to bad. There’s just enough room to spin around and back in. Communication within the office isn’t the best but it is what it is. I did have an appointment and was told to go park and wait. That’s it. The dock workers are super fast and pleasant...

Delivery Appointment only- Brokers lie so call them Outbounds are FCFS Open 7-1330 for Shipping and receiving Closed from 11am-12 for Lunch Open Monday-Friday on the above hours These reviews are laughable, blaming them for your broker lying to you, crying because you had to sit and wait because you didn't have an appointment lol Your lucky they even...

Nice folks, easy docks. Star for that. Sat at door from 0930 till 1415. Dude next to me got his door around 0900, he was there until 1230. They stop unloading people to load guys. Dude backed other side of me, sat for a half hour, gone. Remainder of stars removed because this is one of those places where you have to drop the trailer and pull away 10...
