Update: FreeUp Storage has done nothing to fix this situation. EVERYTHING I HAVE IN STORAGE IS INFESTED WITH BUGS. INCLUDING MY ELECTRONICS. TAKE A LOOK AT MY PRINTER. Absolutely DISGUSTING. We haven’t been renting that long in Ferris but everything I have experienced has been top notch, especially the manager Rob. He came out personally to check on us to make sure all was good when we first rented and gave me his number in case I need anything. That’s what I call personal customer service. Hussey is my maiden name, the storage is rented under Davis. We didn’t know what to expect in a smaller town, service wise but we are glad we rented with Rob!...

I did have an issue getting to my assigned unit after hours for the first time. The combination code sent originally did not work when I tried to unlock it. I reached out to customer service who advised me that if no one called back to assist in 30 minutes to call back. Less than 10 minutes later I received a call from Rob who assisted with detail and apologize for the inconvenience I was experiencing. He was helpful and me feel better about choosing...
