Twilight Prom and Pageant — Local services in Ferry Pass

Today I drove 2+ hours to the Pensacola area in search of a prom dress. Not finding anything previously, I came in hopeful, yet stressed out looking for a prom dress! Two Twilight ladies named Bristol and Alecia immediately started helping me look for dresses. They encouraged me to go out of my comfort zone and just try on whatever was in my size range. Alecia was very patient and comforting. I felt no judgement whatsoever and quickly felt all the stress gone. As I started thinking I wasn’t going to find a dress, I tried on one of the last dresses and LOVED it!! My stressful prom dress shopping turned into to a fun afternoon! I enjoyed my visit and will definitely be returning for the next time I am in need of a dress! Also, prices were very reasonable and have dresses that will fit any price range! Definitely a great place to stop by at, even if you don’t end up buying anything! ❤️🥰

We walked in there with an excited little girl trying to find her a pageant dress. She finds one she loves that is her size and I go to get it, so she can try it on, and the lady puts her hand over it and told me my daughter can’t try it on because this is one of the dresses that you can only try on if you are ready to buy it. How did she know if we were going to buy it or not. I have never been so insulted and mad. Little did she know we had the money to buy it if it fit my daughter, and was going to buy one for our older daughter also. I didn’t want to disappoint my little girl so I let her try some she was allowed to try on, but after discussing it with my husband we decided not to purchase any and will go somewhere else. You might want to teach your employees to not be so rude and if you are the owner you may want to learn how to treat...

We had a great experience shopping for my last daughter's senior prom dress. The low review and now complaint comes from how they have totally ignored me and my emails for help with a possible return. My daughter's school cancelled their prom when some severe weather came through our area on March 15,2025. Now, I am stuck with a daughter who did not get a senior prom, an expensive dress that's not usable, and the dissatisfied feeling of what to do now. The schools cancelling of the prom was extreme measures from a natural event. There has been 0 correspondence from Twilight (I have sent 5 or 6 emails) other than an initial response of "when I'm back in the office on Saturday I will look into it and get back with you...that was 3 weeks ago! So upset with thenway I have been treated with this company. This was a 1st and last time...
