Polk County Fair — Local services in Fertile

As always, the trees are lush and green and shady. The ground are clean, even on the last day, Sunday. The church service is in the grandstand, with a good turnout, a great meeting place for friends old and new. There's always activities scheduled, and so much to see. The parking attendants should be told that they're shouldn't be a few for handicapped parking. The food vendors need to reduce their prices a bit, & stop increasing them during these special events. It was difficult to find the required available free water on the hot last day of the fair. A bit more shade would be nice on Anne of these scorching days. Having more trinket vendors would be nice. how can you say anything negative about a county fair. well organized. good rides for the grandkids from pre teen to teenage. good variety of food stands. lots of seating for grandparents trying to keep up with grandkids. good number of animals from bunnies to horses as well as the petting barn and pony rides. great way to spend a good...
