2/5/25 - appt at 0900. Arrived at 0845. First you park in the staging area/OVERNIGHT parking and call the 412-685-2920 number to check in. First, I read some reviews since this is my first time here and right off the bat I was reading how receiving is very rude. Well I try to be optimistic...so i call to check in and 1st try, lady who answers says "Receiving please hold." *click* She did not put me on hold, she hung up instead. I wait a minute to call again; she answers but now with a little more attitude "Receiving please hold!" Afterwards, she comes back, takes my info, gets me checked in (seems to be a little nicer), says she'll call back when they have a door ready and before I could say anything else. She hangs up again. So apparently she ain't got time to listen to anything else. - got my call at 0930, docked by 0940. She said to bring paperwork AND the seal to the receiving office. Door RR. *just listening to the ladies talk, i had a feeling that the lady who hung up on me was the one working the first window* But when she turned her attention toward me, she was actually very professional. Took my paperwork and said they'll call or text with the lumper fee when done. At the end, BOTH ladies were professional. - unloading started about 1045, finished at noon. Paid my lumper fee and was out by 1230. Plenty of space to maneuver your truck!! Overall, I was pleasantly surprised!!

3 stars for the parking and restroom availability. There's enough parking for about 10 trucks. Park call the number on the sign to check in. I don't recommend pulling up to the gate and calling to avoid creating a long line. I had a 6am appointment. Checked in at 530am. Went straight to a dock door. You'll back into your dock and go inside with your paperwork. I checked out at 1215pm. Since the load I had was a prepaid load I'm not sure if that's the reason I was there for about 7 hrs. Backing is easy at this location. Lots of space. Not a good 1st time experience with unloading but the overnight parking is definitely great for drivers. They do provide a portable bathroom I didn't need it but it was there for people to use. Easy to find location. Drive safe drivers.

Everything is fine until you have to deal with the woman that checks you in and do your paperwork. I've been to 20 + different locations in Michigan, Indiana, Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio, Missouri and you meet different people with different approaches, some good some not so good, in general reasonable. Butt this woman from Pennsylvania is a different breed. Never in my life I had to deal with such a person. I am a hard working person, educated with a degree, I am playing the piano and guitar and drums. I graduated art school. I do sports like skiing and snowboarding, paragliding and many more . I am a pilot and a captain I have a pilot license and a boat license and for the last years I drive a semi truck butt not before I was a dispatch and a mechanic and asistent manager of a trucking company in Europe. I one sentence, I'm not your average Joe. I know how to talk and listen and always trying to do my best. I am here third or fourth time and always I found this bitter woman having the same attitude. I don't know what's her problem. One advice, If you have the strength to refuse a load to this facility don't hesitate. The only reason I am still coming here is because the people that gave me these loads are the nicest in the industry and the pay is good. I can't say no to them even if that means I will have to deal with this situation again and again. I hope you will find her in a better mood if you choose to come here. Stay safe. God...

Reviews are about right. Parking in the bullpen which is the last entrance. Was some spots at about 10pm when I arrived so don't worry if you gotta land late. Backing is super easy.

That's where the 1 star comes from. Call the number to check in starting at 0530. Lady was rude didn't give you any time to ask any questions for clarification of thier operating procedures at this facility. Just bam bam bam and hang up. She really good at hanging up the phone.

You will get a door and brief BRIEF instructions on that initial phone call. Pull to the gate and call again to have her open it. AGAIN brief and hang up on you. No time for any questions. She's busy after all.

Back into your door, CUT YOUR SEAL, doors closed, and get your temp of load and walk to office by door 56. Bathroom and vending machines that take card.

Fill out paperwork when you hand your bills. Go cook breakfast in your truck gonna be here 3 plus hours. Get a text and a BRIEF call to move park pay lumper and get bills. And your done.

Security lady...
