Such a big purchase is not to be taken lightly $$$. After numerous conversations with Kourtney and Chris we decided on a cut pile. They provided us with all the necessary information to make an informed decision which led me away from my intended choice. These installers are top notch experienced perfectionists and kept us grounded during this BIG project which had a major hiccup. We had our old hardwood floors replaced after 34 years. We had used House of Color in the past to install new kitchen backsplash with great success and decided to try them again.
