Argin the car dealer manager He is taking money out of the commission from one of the cars salesmen because he told me to go back to the car dealer to have my truck key to be checked the next day after I bought the truck because the control remote key did not work, last year I walk away from pacific auto center because they make me wait for two hrs, I asked them if they can a least was the car that I was going to buy and they told that they could not do that, they lost a 40,000 dollars sale. I going to call the salesman and tell him what his rights are under the fair labor standards Act, although wages are based on salary or commission. They try and get you with hidden fees on products they put on the vehicle that you don't want. And on top of that ARE NON NEGOTIABLE

Read moreAfter looking at trucks for 2 months I was almost ready to give up. I was getting some horrible salesman, not finding the perfect vehicle etc. I came across Pacific Auto Center Chowchilla location. I dealt with Jacob and right off the bat was super helpful. I was 2 hours away but he was very helpful and even FaceTime me to see the truck. I decided to wait till the weekend to make the trip out there I'm glad I did! The first day I got there he went over every single little detail on the truck and wasn't pushy at all. I let him know I was going to stay in town and think it over, I decided to move forward with the truck the next day and it was a very smooth purchase. Jacob is a great guy that made my family and I feel at home. Will definitely be back soon to purchase the next car from him for the wifey. Thanks Jacob and team at this store for helping me get my...

During the sale, I was told by the salesperson, Diego, that I had to pay for a pre-installed theft deterrent system and other add-ons because it was on every car and part of the final price. I later found out this isn’t true. Dealerships are legally required to present optional add-ons as optional.
I was told that it was not possible for me to decline and I only found out after the purchase that I was misled. This is a deceptive practice, and it violates both FTC guidelines and California consumer protection law.
I contacted the dealership to request a refund or resolution and am still waiting to hear back. This kind of pressure tactic is unacceptable and erodes consumer trust.
I’ll be filing complaints with the California DMV, FTC, and Attorney General if this isn’t made right. Buyers deserve transparency, not...
