They like trailers washed out or very clean, no fish smell, garlic smell, food, or blood is allowed before showing up, or you'll be sent to get a truck wash. The trailer temp should be ready and pre chilled at 34F. They normally load right at appointment time and sometimes ready early if you show up very early in the morning. They load fast and get you out fast typically. The people here are nice and the place is clean.

UPDATE: They no longer load trucks a day early. You must get here after 12am on the day of your load if you want to check in and stay the night. If you stay the night, you must run your truck in the back of the lot due to noise complaints. They will load you as soon as possible, but that sometimes might be 4-7am if you check in that early in...

I delivered dry freight here last week. My appointment was for Friday morning. I was making good time and dispatch called ahead and asked if I could deliver Thursday evening ( as the Storm was rolling in for the late snow storm Friday and Saturday)

I arrived at was greeted by a professional young man working night shift (Trevor I believe his name is). He was very helpful, professional, and quick at unloading my trailer. The yard hostler was very helpful as well by moving a trailer out of dock for me to back in.

I like arriving at customers like this where we are all working together. None of this we versus them .

On-site parking. Friendly staff from the Gate check in to the shipping office staff. Plenty of room to maneuver for dock access. Awesome tasting milk. It's what all milk should be, not chemical fillers and water.

Update May 1st,23 Back a second time, and it just gets better. Arrived the night before 5/1 to stage for 5/2/ 23 1100 pickup. They put me in a door 7 minutes after I arrived and had me loaded with paperwork in hand in under an hour. All shippers should take note.
