Last year I called and asked for black austrolorps. The guy said they had them. When I got there I told the owner they weren't what I ordered. He shoved them in a box and said they were Black Austrolorps. But they were Americanas. This year my mom called and asked for a dozen barred Plymouth rocks. When she got there he was giving 1/2 of the chicks he promised her to someone else. When I said something of this in a phone call while ordering a pig feeder, the owner argued about it, then gave us a feeder so full of grease we had to spend an hour wiping it out before using it. I went in there to buy three chicks and a small bag of starter feed. He charged me for five chicks. I went back in to get a refund and he only refunded me for one chick, not two.
