Ethos Fitchburg Cannabis Dispensary — Local services in Fitchburg

Place has great deals if you catch them. Other than that, not much sets them apart from the other weed spots. In fact ethos is kind of awkward to me lol

-they ask if you placed an order when you walk in but they can tell if you have an order or not when they scan your i.d. I don’t see the point.

-they don’t mention having to order online but they sent me to one of the tablets to order my stuff on their website when I tried saying what I want at the register like most walk-ins do anywhere else ppl shop

-was on my phone away from the registers as I waited for them to tell me my order was ready and one girl who worked there told me I can’t use my phone. wasn’t anywhere near the counter I swear lol

-one of the cashiers suggested they i.d. me ahead of time while I waited for my order to be put together. I let him see it… cashier next to him ended up callin my name and she asked for my I.d. lmao again, what’s the friggin point?

Not the worst place in the world but I said all that to say I REALLY hate dealing with ethos but I might go...

After returning to this location earlier this week, I have decided to change my review.

I allowed my emotions to get the better of me and failed to gauge my rating on the most important thing a business can possess, an amazing staff that gives it their all day in and day out to provide customers with the best possible experience. This is something that Ethos Fitchburg has in spades! So I just wanted to say thank you to Bethy, Chris, Isabell, Kaylee, Lauren, Sadie, Shaye, Tanisha, Tuan, and Vivica. These guys are rockstars that give it their all day in and day out to ensure the customer is well cared for! They are friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful. Never going back Ordered online and was given my total. When all was said and done after all the hidden fees I paid almost 90 dollars. This included a atm fee on a debit card ??? And they had to round up on a debit card and give change back again from a debit card purchase. I have purchased at dispensary before w a debit card w None Of the practices. I was excited as we never tried this place. Called back was starting to be told something about laws about how they do the purchases thru the atm w addt fees I gave up.
