This Place is the worst example of a Peterbilt Establishment that I've ever seen!!THE BBB WILL DEFINITELY BE HEARING FROM &ALL Social Media &anyone else i can WARN!! I had my truck towed there because it stopped on me last week to have it diagnosed &possibly repaired. AFter 4 hour I was told it needed a harness.Ok ,I Authorized repair. Got a call the next morning saying no harness available, but they could repair.Got a called the next day stating the harness was repaired, & it took them 15(My truck was only there 1 day) hours of labor@ $185 an hour.TOTALLING $2790 plus shop cost @ $400 & with a part that cost them $6 dollars.STAY AWAY FROM THEM &THERE SERVICE MANAGER FREDD BY ALL MEANS...

I emailed the Peterbilt website in late February, inquiring if I could bring my son to peek at the trucks for his second birthday. I was unsure if there was a showroom of some kind, and just was hoping to be able to look through a window at some big trucks. Dave, Rachel, Kurt and all of the mechanics went above and beyond to celebrate my sons birthday- cupcakes with a candle, a happy birthday banner, a “future trucker” baseball hat, and an incredible opportunity to sit inside a new truck!! My son was over the moon and I am just blown away by the generosity and obvious care this store has for customers and enthusiasts alike. We are definitely Peterbilt...

Want to give this dealer 100 stars. Service department went above and beyond on my truck. They were able to get me in and out same day "DEF doser pump", which is very dificult no matter what state you're in. Huge shoutout to the Service department. If you need help, Burt was very knowledgeable and curtious. Ask for him or any other service specalist, all were great. If ever have any more truck problems and im this area Fitchburg Pete store is where im heading. Thanks,
