State Line Grocery & SMOKE SHOP — Local services in Fitzwilliam

Very fair prices here, but one thing I can't understand is why in the past they allowed customers use of their restroom & this is now a thing of the past? We travel almost 1 hour each way (sometimes with children) to save money on tobacco products biweekly & it would be great if you could let us use your restroom again! We've been dedicated customers for years & spend over $100 monthly here. If you prefer, you could instead get a portable toilet even for outside of the store. Readers, if you want cheap cigs, especially if you're looking to buy cartons, this is the best place to go in NH! They also sell vape products, alcohol, incense, snacks, cold (non alcoholic) beverages like juice, soda, etc...beanie babies & more! See for yourself why their selection & prices are the best choice around! Newly expanded store with added merch as well. I believe they also have an 🏧 inside the store. Worth the trip! There is one other small thing I should mention, though I really don't want to be negative or complain but...I've noticed if someone is making up their mind, some staff here will walk away & start assisting other customers, before you've had a chance to ask for whatever it is you want. It should be on a first come, first serve basis & with a selection so large, it can take a few minutes to decide what you're looking for. If you're concerned about other customers getting impatient, you should at least simply ask the customer you're helping whether they'd mind if you assist the person behind them for example while they finish deciding. This way it's not rude by just walking away from the customer before you to go help another. Hopefully this makes sense & you're not offended! Just friendly feedback from a long time...

I came here exclusively for my vape products. i always get the same disposal brand. I told the owner I had a few issues every once a while with the device not shutting off and continuing to fire 15 to 20 seconds after the draw. He told me to open and try them before I leave next time to make sure it's OK I felt good about that. i didnt make a big deal i just let him know and he seemed super cool about it and it seemed like if it happened again and i was in the store, he would take care of it. Today, I had one with a defective auto fire he did get me another one. The second one also had an autofire issue. He then told me it's because it has a full charge and that was why. I've spent thousands of dollars on these same devices from this store, that's not how they should work. They should shut off right away and not burn out the wick. I didn't want to argue anymore over it, so i took the second one. Now, not even 30 minutes later, it won't fire like at all... it's brand new. It looks like I'll find a new shop that will look after long-term customers. This was super disappointing as I've been coming here for years, it was obviously a defective issue out of the box as he opened it for me. I'll find another place...
