Tried to buy a new riding mower here. Took my trade, they low balled me, which is to be expected, I realize they have to make their money too. They took my info and stated they would call me back with some pricing options for trade, and buying outright. Never called back. I called them back the next day and told them I was just going to buy the mower without a trade involved and asked for a couple prices with a few options. State changing the rear tire, if even possible would be $600 plus, once again took my info, never called back. Several phone calls and a trip to the business, and yet they just weren't interested in selling me a mower for some reason. Maybe more business then they can handle???? Its sad when you walk in a business money in hand and say I want to buy you product, yet they ignore you.

Called Gamp's John Deere in Portsmouth Ohio, they had better prices, EXTREMELY helpful with the options I wanted, charged $100 to swap rear tires, instead of $600, Delivered the mower to the house the next day, and picked up the money at the same time. I could not be more please with...

My husband and I stopped and rented a piece of equipment for use in Earth moving on a construction project. The machinery worked well, but we were given the wrong sized ball for the trailer provided. Not only did this result in losing the trailer twice and near catastrophic vehicle damage, but prevented the return of the machine to the business on schedule. Phone calls were answered by the secretary to be transferred to a different department and then not answered for multiple days. In spite of all of this, the county police were sent to our home in search of the equipment on a weekend. Absolutely do not recommend this establishment, and definitely do not trust that you’ve been given the appropriate equipment for your rented machinery. Facts: I represent a high school JROTC program that approached the Wurtland store asking for ammo support for a skeet and rifle shoot. This was a reward for cadets based on their performance through the year. Not only did Bridgeport not support our event but they failed to even let me know that they would not be supporting our event.
