Buyers beware - my recent interaction with Stone Run Station Piccadilly’s came when my dear aunt passed away in Weston. I ordered flowers through the Tribute page on the funeral homes website using the Send Flowers option. That order was given to Piccadilly’s. I ordered and paid for a dish garden called Serene Retreat that could be taken home by the family and enjoyed by the family. Instead I was mortified and embarrassed by the switch and bait at this florist who justified her actions by saying that the Teleflora only paid her $31 of the $72 I paid, I’m sorry if this florist has a contract with Teleflora and thought than an out of state order could be mishandled so blatantly under the assumption that the orderer would not be there to witness the fraud and theft. And sadly, another family members church sent flowers that was assigned to this business and the same thing happened to them - dead flowers were delivered. Shame on you Piccadilly’s and shame on Tribute for doing business with you.
Yes, Piccadilly’s did replace the arrangement after they were called on the embarrassment of sending a dying poinsettia in place of a dish garden but what if I hadn’t been there? And why do I have to check on something at a time of great loss? Why couldn’t Piccadilly’s have done the right and honorable thing the first time and delivered the correct arrangement? Why would they even try to justify their theft and fraud?
Buyers beware! If I can add photos I will so you can see...
Read moreI can’t say enough wonderful things about Picadillys! Debra and her team are truly masters of their craft, and they’ve served our family with beautiful flowers for many years. When tragedy struck and my father passed away, Deb was there to guide us and she honored him with arrangements and keepsakes so beautiful that people still mention them to this day. Family members and friends from all over ordered flowers that week to honor my dad, and Picadilly’s made each and every one so very special. They swooped in and saved us again when my brother passed in yet another tragic turn of events, honoring him so beautifully and properly. In that situation, she had less than 24-hours notice due to a funeral home miscommunication on our end, and she was still able to do amazing work that my brother would have loved! Every arrangement delivered from them that day, was absolutely perfect, we owe them a huge debt of gratitude. Picadilly’s is dependable, trustworthy, and professional, and their work comes from the heart. They are a wonderful asset...
Read moreI highly recommend Piccadilly’s, Debra is a master of her craft and has served my family for many years. She arranged the funeral flowers for both my father and brother, and she truly captured their essence in her arrangements, honoring them both so appropriately. She will always be my go-to for any flowers or keepsakes I need to send in the Burnsville/Sutton/Flatwoods area, I trust her whole-heartedly and she never lets me down!
UPDATE: I wanted to update this review to add that Deb at Piccadilly’s again came to the rescue! I needed to get flowers to the loved ones of a family friend back home who passed away suddenly, but I live 4-hours away. One message to Debra and she had the situation totally handled. She made a beautiful lantern arrangement and delivered it for me the very next day. Taking care of the payment was a breeze and she did everything perfectly! Debra/Piccadilly’s: Absolutely top-notch...
