I give it 2 out of 5 now before June ish of 2024 back when David owned it the place was grate a friendly face behind the count to grate you as you walk in knowledgeable and would make a suggestion and help find items if it was a popular item that he ran out of often but new that their was some one new or multiple people in the are wanting a product he would up he order would have a conversion whit you just good old customer service you don't get any more some one that gets to know their customers he would tell you when you walk in the door if he was out of the item you perchesed on the regular basis. The new ownership doesn't seem to have any one that acts as a Manger and stay on top of inventory and make sure items get order many times iv walk in the store and found lots of empty spots on shelf or just bear sections wanting to be stock with inventory that hasn't Ben order yet or inventory that the clerk says they can get of one reason or another. The. Humidor is constantly low to almost empty only a selection of 4 or 5 cigars but makes me said can't get cigar that you have came to expect to be at your local mom...
