We visited Joe’s Smoke Bbq at the Middlesex County Fair. I wish google’s star rating was multi-faceted because the service was top tier. The low rating is because the food itself was not good. We had the Topsey Jersey sandwich and the Mac Boat with chopped Brisket. The sandwich was lukewarm and lightly (being kind) seasoned. My employer had a few food trucks on location today to provide lunch for the employees. Joe Smoke BBQ not only was present for the lunch rush but also came back for dinner. The BBQ chicken sandwich was delicious as was the coleslaw! The food was only eclipsed by the service, extremely friendly, thorough and appreciative for the opportunity to provide us with quality food.
