Just had the worst experience here. Bought a dress in March when we were in the area. It didn’t work so kept tags on it, receipt and original bag for next time we were passing thru. Although we spend hundreds here and at their sister store, Pure Palmetto, we were just told by the rudest clerk ever that we couldn’t exchange the dress for a credit on the two hundred dollars worth of merchandise that we were getting today. Tried to explain that we are in the area only four or five times per year. It didn’t matter to her. They have a 30 day policy in which they don’t do credits or refunds. Wasn’t asking for a refund. While spending a couple hundred dollars on a few T-shirts for my son I asked if they have a military discount as most southern stores offer one, which they do. She was sassy to reply “only if you have an ID”. Any veteran would tell you, we always show ID proof - if a store/restaurant has a discount. I showed her my combat veteran ID and she still seemed like I somehow convinced her. Rolling her eyes, condescending tone. Honestly the same brands have better prices online.
