My husband had valentines flowers sent to our daughter in Florence. He first told the lady that took the order to put on the card "love Dad and Mom". Well, I wanted the flowers to be special from her daddy so I had him call right back and have "Mom" taken off the card. This was the day before valentines day that we ordered. When we ask her how she liked the flowers she said, "Oh they were wonderful, but I don't understand why the card said, Love Dad and Mom and Mom was scratched out with a pen!" This totally floored us! We ordered a nearly $80.00 bouquet of flowers that only had to be delivered right there in town and they couldn't spare a 5 cent name card replacement. They just scratched out Mom with a pen! This morning I got some not so great news.... the fist person I called was my Aunt not thinking that today was her birthday... I live all the way in Texas and I wanted to send some flower and balloons I called a shop by UNA and they were not able to help at all... so I called this florist and the sweetest voice came on the line “This is Diana how my I help you” I explain my situation and flowers were delivered in Less than an hour. Last year a different florist didn’t deliver on time because they “never received the order” through their online partner.
