Terrible service team ! I have a John Deere skid steer I took in with what seemed to be a hydraulic issue . I left my machine in what I assumed would be capable hands . After a few days I was told that it needed a pressure relief valve because the hydraulic pressure was low !! Remember that statement while I write the rest of this review because it will come back to that ! The part came in and they told me it was ready . I drove an hr to pick up machine got in it and had the same issue as when I dropped it off . Never got it on the trailer !!! I left machine with them for yet another wrong diagnosis of bad hydraulic pump ! I got contacted that machine was ready so I picked it up . Still same issues but I needed it to continue with work . They had my machine for almost 2 weeks which is not a problem if I get back a fixed machine. The repair cost was almost $4000 and machine was still the same as the day I took it . So after a few weeks of trying the machine it never got better or worse so I knew I still had an issue ! I took it to a repair shop that I was referred to and after 3 hrs I got a call your machine is ready !!! Exciting news and it was only a issue with computer it was stuck in a precision mode !! Cost me $164 and the machine works great !!! I called TRIGREEN and told them and they did absolutely nothing but tell me it needed the parts they installed! Remember the statement I referred to earlier ^ the next section tells you the answer !!
Now here is the kicker precision mode decreases hydraulic flow which was my issue and is exactly what TRIGREEN said but failed to check the obvious because they want to throw parts at your problem and run your bill up ! The parts they replaced was not necessary because it was just stuck in the wrong mode . I have called corporate and they are sticking with the decision of the Florence store on not making this right . I’m writing this to warn you off of using this company they are not customer service friendly and incompetent of working on the product they sale . Hope this helps the next customer with there decision on buying or using this store...
Read moreI get the feeling that unless you are spending half a million on a large piece of equipment that you are not a priority at this trigreen location. I walked into this location last year looking for a part for my Stihl. I stood at the counter as employees walked past me for what seemed an awkwardly long amount of time. When I did get service they said the part had to be ordered, took my phone number, and said they would call when it was available. Two months went by and I had to call them. It still wasn't available. I called back a few times but after a year just gave up and manufactured the part myself. They never once called me. Recently I tried to give them another chance and called ahead this time. I got put on hold after five minutes I just hung up. The person that answered the phone sounded irritated to have to be inconvenienced by me. It's the same attitude I got in person. Sad for our...

So I found a salesperson to receive the mower.
Today, I get a call that the carb needed to be replaced, the mower has less than 25 hours since it was previously replaced and less than 6 hours since having the entire fuel line and fuel filter replaced - I feel like I've been going to a fly-by-night service center with a bunch of clowns that are guessing at what the issue is, this is not a shop I'll ever...
