Honestly, they shouldn't even get a rating of 1. I ordered from "From You Flowers" and this is the florist they chose. Strike 1: I paid extra for the flowers to be delivered before noon, that didn't happen. Strike 2: They didn't have the Lily's in the color that was on the arrangement online, nor did they notify me. I found out when I called about the flowers not being delivered before noon. And when the representative(From You Flowers) asked if they could substitute the Lily's in a different color(which was fine), they gave me spider mums and sunflowers. Along with some other cheap flowers to go in the arrangement. Strike 3: I received an email stating the flowers were delivered but didn't arrive till 2 and a half hours later. Strike 4:(if there was a strike 4 in baseball this business definitely receives the OUT!) The arrangement look nothing like the arrangement online. It was suppose to be a full arrangement and we received a half a$% arrangement. This florist should not be in business! They do not care to satisfy the customer nor do they care to make a wrong situation right. Continued to repeat that I just couldn’t “comprehend” that the website falsely depicts the quality of the product to being much higher and they can’t afford to give what is being advertised for the price advertised. Take the money and deliver a fraction of the quality promised saying it’s not their fault, it’s the website they use who is dishonest so it’s not their problem.
If you’re aware of the problem and have had numerous complaints about it before (which you acknowledged to be true) and you still choose to utilize a service that results in a false representation of your product, you are absolutely complicit in the lie. Clearly it’s YOU who cannot understand the cost of business if you fail to properly budget for your own overhead during the “more expensive holiday season” and instead deliver a fraction of the product promised so that the cost is instead transferred to your customer who is trusting you with their business.
