I wanted a new path to walk so I Googled and found Snake Creek Trail. It was 5 mins drive from my home. The trail is not easy to find if you follow the Google direction because at the exact address, there is no entrance to get to the trail. So, here is my easy direction. Get to Sierra Park @ 19601 NE 1st Place, Miami, FL. 33179, find a place to park then head north of Sierra Park and there is an entrance to get to the trail. Snake Creek Trail is an amazing paved route with pleasantly filled palm trees, manicure grass, and a meandering canal. It is great for biking, jogging, and walking solo or with friends and families. This is my new walking path.

Nice long bike/walk trail along the snake creek canal, has several benches, picnic kids playgrounds and rest areas, good canal for fishing also, as it shows in google maps you can go from basically Hard rock stadium all the way to 163rd and US1, unfortunately and without discrimimating there's people living under the I-95 underpass wich it makes it a lil unsafe to cross, other than that the trail is well maintained, in some areas you can ride ok either side of the canal. Plenty of places to eat around the east end of the trail

I love this trail. They just renovated the workout equipment on the south side of Miami Gardens Drive, in North Miami Beach. There is also workout equipment further north toward Ives dairy road if you're walking the entire trail length. On clear days you can see lots of fish, duck and even manatee in the canal. Overall, it's one of the more accessible paved trails in the area. There are also children's playgrounds located throughout the trail in both NMB and Miami Gardens.
