Wow was this place amazing! My boyfriend and I decided to give each other experiences for christmas. I live in Michigan he lives in Florida. I got online ordered these tickets two adult tickets for all five courses plus the zip line. The total price for both of us was around $200 and some change it was completely worth it.
This place was so much fun. It says on the course that everybody will not finish their first time I did not believe that, I did not finish LOL I made it all the way to course five and I did not have the upper body strength to finish so I just continued to the end of course for and got some really nice pictures of my guy on course number five which I will post below.
You have to be somewhat physically fit which that's why there is different levels of the course if you are not physically fit you can just do the zipline if you would like to. I recommend buying the entire ticket to do everything because it is completely worth it. If there's a lot of people there who are inexperienced than you will be there for a long time because you're basically doing the zip line all by yourself you're connecting and reconnecting all of that up in the air on your own you take a nice little class beforehand it's very easy. there was adults, there was teenagers, there was children. All different age groups all different heights all different weight sizes.
My boyfriend and I have recently quit drinking and we've been looking for something exciting and fun to get our spirits feeling like we're on another level and I can tell you this is the place to go. If you're looking for some good sober adventures fun with a little bit of a rush you have found the place. It's very exciting, very outdoor to nature, it's very relaxing, all at the same time.
There was good bathroom facilities. That was water you could buy. Souvenir shirts. You cannot do this activity in the rain it has to be good weather. You're going to want gloves for your hands. They sell gloves at the place at first I didn't think I needed any so I said oh forget it I won't buy any I was happy my boyfriend had a pair in his truck because I surely needed them.
If you're thinking about buying the ticket I'm telling you right now by the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI took my nephew and sister to TreeUmph near Brandeton Florida. Great place for a serious workout or just a casual tree climb/bridge walk. Best of both worlds.
The staff is fantastic. I was so pleased after COVID/2020 to see a young staff working and so enthusiastic about what they do and the service they provide. They are great to interact with. I cannot say enough about their professionalism, customer care, and presence.
They have a great wire suspension/harness arrangement that prevents you from falling. It looks complicated, but after the demo - it's easy.
If you ever get stuck, or wanna get down, simply yell "Guide Guide Guide!" And the staff come fetch you. They are really good about that.
Courses: There are 5 courses and a kids course. The kids course is yeah, for kids. Courses 1-2 are easy for adults and kids (the kids kept passing me). These courses are close to the ground. Course 3 is kids doable, but the challenge and height off the ground increases. Course 4 is really for adults or teenagers. You're about 40 feet off the ground, and using much more of your body to traverse obstacles. Course 5 is a serious challenge to finish (its like those Ninja challenges on TV - and it's about 50 feet in the air). I turned back halfway through the second obstacle - I was gassed. My 13-year nephew finished all of course 5 (and won't let me forget it).
Some tips:
There are walk paths on the ground all along the courses. Great for people in your group who want to watch, take pictures. It's a nice walk for them.
If you plan to do course 3, 4, or 5, wear some gloves. You can buy them through TreeUmph or bring some thin gloves with a plastic grips. I happened to bring some with me (the kind the VFW send with their fundraising campaign packets) and that was enough.
Definitely get the water package if it's warm weather, or you plan to attempt courses 1-3, 1-4 or 1-5. It takes 2 hours+ generally, and you're expending a lot more energy than you think as time goes by.
I would highly recommend this venture to beginners and the fit alike who want to try elevated...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe visited Tree Umph April 4, 2021 @ 10:30am with a group of friends. We had purchased 7 adults level and 2 APE tickets which were all reasonably priced. The weather was perfect for being a outdoor activity. Breezy and sunny, not blazing heat. The training course was very informative and helpful when maneuvering through the course levels. The harness they provided was good and fitted.
There is 5 course levels to complete which the 5 level is very intense and many staff members said to us that only 5% of the participants complete course 5. Out of the 7 adult participants that we had in our group only 1 of our member completed course 5 that day. He was the 2nd participant to complete the course that day. Yes Great Achievements; however at the end of the completing 5 level, he rang a bell that was not very loud and difficult to ring. I personally think due to such a small percentage of participants being able to complete the 5th course level, they should have given a small token of achievement such as a T-shirt of some sort saying something to show that you completed course 5. That is probably the only reason I gave it a 4 star.
The course does take some time line about 3-4 hours to at least reach the 4th level and your pace. We also purchased snacks from there which were a bit on the high end. They do have a one time water fee which is something to consider when doing the course to stay hydrated. Multiple coolers on the course to grab and hydrate. To sum up the review, this place was a great place to enjoy outdoor activity along with zip lining. I would recommend participating at least one time for the experience. My group enjoyed it and would...
