Dorothy, who is the sales associate and her associate (whose name I didn’t get) Delivered to me personally in spite of me missing their attempts to try to contact me, so I was very appreciative of the customer service they provided and making sure I got my product. They were very efficient and removing my old Washer and dryer units out of my place and replacing them with the new units didn’t take them long at all to service them and was out my door less than 30 minutes. Run away! I bought a dryer from this place two weeks ago. After getting the dryer home It sat for 2 days before I got the correct cord installed and hooked it up. While attempting to use it for the first time I noticed multiple baby roaches inside the drum of the dryer. I immediately took the dryer out of my house and put it in the driveway, but it wasn't soon enough. I'm now dealing with a complete roach infestation of my entire house. I called them to see what they were going to do about it and they offered no help whatsoever. The man who answered the phone was actually very snobby and basically told me it was my problem. They wouldn't even let me return the machine for a refund or replace it! Everything is documented and I will be taking...

This place is such a rip off! I bought one of their $499 sets and it didn't even last 2 months. The dryer is making an ungodly nails on a chalkboard screeching noise. And the washer is stuck in sensing mode. It will not advance. I called and talked to the owner and he gave me a huge excuse about how it could be something I did. Are you serious?! Now I'm out close to $600 and have a junk washer and dryer. This place does not take care of its customers or stand by their warranties. I highly advise you to look elsewhere.
