Yellow Rose Forge is a true treasure! Billy was the instructor for our day and he is a consummate teacher. He sets the participants up for success with brief instructions before each step in the process. He then lets the participants work their on own, if he senses that they need support he is right there at the elbow, if they are fine on their own he lets them fly. As a mother of 16y son it was so refreshing to go to an educational event and have safety as paramount but not smothering. I would highly recommend this experience. Balance is perfect, the handle and sheath (leather for both) are perfectly done, and the blade itself... well, I don't see Kabar producing knives this good.
