I had bought the Ginger Aid for a keriug and the cups were not compatible. So I contacted customer service and explained my concern, I was so impressed on how quick they worked to address my issue. The rep i dealt with was so courtesy and explained to me the problem on why the K cup didn't work with my new keruig. Then she said she wasn't able to refund me the money but offer to send me a few tea bag boxes of the ginger aid to compensate for the inconvenience. I received the tea boxes today and the Tea was amazing. I well continued trying out all their tea selections. Thank you for your caring...

NOTE: This is a review of the product and not the facility in Sebastopol .... although this part of the USA is my favorite place in the world. The next time I visit the area, I intend to see if visitors are welcome to any part of the facility. If nothing else, I'd like to say thank you.
