Larry's Family Foods — Local services in Forsyth Township

Plenty of products prices are mislabeled and the chip selection isn't labeled at all. The chips prices are stamped on the bag by the expiration date in the same small black text. When I complained there were no prices on the shelf I was told "the price is on the bag, the chip company handles that, don't blame us." But at other stores there are prices on the shelf regardless of printed on labels. It isn't friendly to people who have vision problems and is generally inconvenient to have to search for fine print on the bag to see the price. Then there's the other problem of mislabeled produce, price tags on shelves aren't updated when the price is, and when I told them something rang up lower than the tag there was no effort or assurance that it'd be fixed and was instead passive aggressively told that I shouldn't complain that the price is lower. I wouldn't go here at all if there was another place to get fresh meat and...

We go to Larry's regularly. It's a really great small town grocery store. They have fantastic variety of products for the size of the store. The Staff have been very helpful and friendly to us. Some of the Meat Counter people have mad skills!! They cut right to the weight of the meat we've requested the first time! I love the selection of cheese. Others love the selection of sandwich meats at the Deli. In the summer the produce selection includes produce from local sources which is awesome!! During the winter the produce isn't quite as nice. We spend a small amount more here than at big box stores. The convenience, cleanliness and nice people here make shopping here worth the extra...

Lots of the produce is moldy :( and is still sold....every time I go in something else is rotted/moldy and being passed off as edible.

When informing people who worked there that they had moldy food...well...I was told Larry's would throw a discount on it and keep selling them until they were gone.

Moldy fruit is inedible due to its soft tissue spreading mold spores like wild fire. People could get sick...

I just don't understand how this is fine and how nothing is changed regardless of customer complaints...

Larry's earned a second star only because the bacon there is cheap and the meat is decent. Produce is an absolute disappointment...
