I bought a $3,200.00 powered leather sectional from this company. Because I lived 65+ miles away I had to pay some third party guys within their organization $400.00 additional dollars for them to deliver it to my house.

I had sat on the sectional inside the store (on two separate occasions) before I made this purchase and it seemed fine. So I came with my mom and we made the purchase. A day of so after it was delivered, I put on a good movie and I laid back the seat and started to watch a movie. Within about 20 minutes of my movie I noticed I was feeling aches in my body. My lower back and my neck were feeling super achy. So, I started to adjust around and before I knew it I had to run upstairs to grab a pillow and I started fidgeting with the pillow for the next 30 minutes trying to get comfortable. All the while the movie was still playing and I couldn't tell you what was happening in it. When the pillow didn't work, I tried to change my positioning on the sectional by seating my bottom more forward and changing my angling on the couch. It didn't work. The aches just kept growing. I kept adjusting for an additional 20 minutes unable to get comfortable while my neck and back continued to scream in pain until I finally give up.

The next morning, I called the establishment to complain about this poorly constructed leather sectional with back cushioning issues to see if they could allow me to swap out another couch. I was even willing to pay shipping costs (again). I didn't ask for a refund, just the opportunity to get a different item from their store that I do not completely regret and that I literally can't use because it causes me physical pain to lounge in more than 5 minutes.

I was told I would get a callback from an owner by a manager. That was over a week ago. I never received a call from anyone. I spent $3200+ dollars at their establishment and I couldn't even get a callback. That's pretty shameful.

Beware of this organization. You've been warned. I am telling EVERYONE I know and come across not to shop here. Be very leery of establishments...

Second hand items usually in very good condition, we bought a beautiful sleeper sofa for $69 that is very well made and very comfortable. Also purchased some framed artwork, prices lower than the value of the frame! You may have to do a little digging to find the treasure, but I recommend it. Staff is very busy, but knowledgeable and helpful nonetheless! As we pulled into a parking space, one of their employees sped into the space. It was an old guy in a jacked up four wheel drive white Chevy. The kind of truck that says a lot about the driver. Completely rude. I yielded to him despite the fact he was coming at the angled space from the wrong direction and I was not. He had zero remorse about it, judging from his facial expression and body language. He was wearing a company shirt, and was working inside while we were shopping. We left without buying anything. I didn't go there today but my wife and I have been many times in the past. Most recently in May this year. They have a great collection and nearly inexhaustible supply of some of the best high quality furnishings you could ask for! Did I mention there prices are the lowest anywhere for what you get. Their furniture, bedding and other accessories come from all the very best hotel chains in the country as well as great discontinued items from iconic places such as Built more House and Gardens and other historically well noted suppliers. The staff is very courteous and helpful and are more than happy to oblige just about any request or questions about their products you have. Anybody looking for items for college? Better start here first or you might flunk economics as a parent😆. Just go see them you can't miss them off I-75 in Forsyth and you can't beat their quality and pricing. Enjoy...
