Jones Dairy Farm — Local services in Fort Atkinson

Remember this is a plant, and not a facility that would need your transportation services. Your unit will be used as a warehouse as they don't have one. Expect to stay in the production line until they are ready to unload your product and don't expect to be taken at your appointment time. I wish none of the trucking companies would ever haul for such a disrespectful company towards transportation companies and drivers as human beings.

The management has to work a bit o their productivity and think of what's the real purpose of having a partnership with a trucking company.

Stay away! Cancel the load as soon as you saw these reviews! It will cost you more and is not worth it. I wish someone would regulate such receivers and shippers so we won't have to support these costly...

I have a story so stay with me here: In February I flew solo with my 2year old & 6mo old baby. I had a layover in Vegas while heading to Wisconsin. There at the terminal I met 3 amazing women on a work trip. While others looked at me while I struggled. These women helped me throw away diapers, checked in on my kids & I on the plane, once we got off the plane helped me push the stroller, chase after my 2 year old and grab my luggage. I am in tears just thinking about them now. Sure enough these women worked for Jones. Not only does Jones Diary Farm make quality products they employee quality, caring people. That is hard to find. This was my first experience with Jones Dairy Farm. I'm only giving them three stars, because my loading experience was average. Not terrible, and certainly not exceptional. Nothing that merits high praise.

The three people I interacted with were polite and professional. Just in no hurry to get my trailer loaded. Admittedly, I arrived at 9:32 a.m. for a 12:30 p.m. appointment. I parked in a holding area as instructed. At 12:58, 3 hours later, I was given permission to back into a dock.

Loading took one hour. Getting my bills, so I could get moving again, took another 30 minutes.

Again, 3-star rating, because their operation is adequate, but not at all...
