If I could give ZERO stars I gladly would!! Dilkon Bashes is an absolute disgrace. The deli is trash and full of disrespectful unsanitary employees and under cooked food!! The Bakery has nothing but inexperienced and embarrassing employees who cuss at customers when they are incapable of fulfilling an order and the General manager should be embarrassed about talking personal issues and belittling employees infront of customers on top of disrespecting community members.. This rating goes to the Bakery in the Tuba City Arizona Bashas... after driving a 4 hour round trip not only once but twice to see photos of wedding cakes here in these bakery, I was told I couldn't see them and I had to only come during management hours to do so... thats just insane... horrible customer service at this location and I will NOT being returning here EVER, as well let everyone I know looking to do business for custom cakes or any cakes not to go to the Tuba City Bashas... thought Bashas was know for it being a family store will not...

Was traveling through from Flagstaff and stopped for a restroom break when my wife left her Samsung phone in the bathroom. Luckily a Bashas employee recovered it and immediately started calling from the contacts list let someone call my phone. Thanks to Carleen's quick thinking we weren't too far down the road.
