This is the worst place I've ever lived in my life. They do not fix stuff when it breaks and they do not do anything about neighbors that are too loud. They have way too many rules and regulations but will not enforce them. If you like living on a slummy place with bugs and loud neighbors and a broke down apartment then this is for you. But seriously. This place had no respect for the working class. They have been doing renovations and the workers are loud all day. I have had to call the cops on the neighbors 3 times and have written and verbal reports about them and nothing has been done. I have black mold in my apartment from a water leak they keep telling me they will fix. Bugs get in through a hole in the bathroom they have not fixed and the central heat and air does not work. It started smoking one day and they came and looked at it and said they had to get some parts to fix it and have yet to do so 2 months later. There maintenance man put in a window unit to help with the heat but it made my electric bill sky rocket and now it's winter and I have no way other than the oven to heat my home.
