Canteen — Local services in Fort Myers

First of if I could leave a negative star rating I would because Every time I go to visit my wife at work this vending machine looks like this I’ve come across other vending machines by this company that look the same or are broken or out of order how are they still in business? I don’t understand if I worked or owned a Vending business I would make it my top priority to have all my machines in tip top shape unlike this company I have quite a few friends that work all over for Lee Health and they say that all the locations the service is horrendous my aunt is high up in the Lee health department and she tells me that they have tried numerous times to have the machines removed but that Canteen won’t take them out and that they all are sick of it I just don’t get it how can a company still be in business after all the stuff I have heard. Well needless to say I will never give them another penny or recommend...

Terrible company I tried using my Apple Pay for something in a vending machine didn’t work so I put in two dollars then the product didn’t come out so I tried to get my money back only gave me back .75 cents then called wasn’t help for at all first couldn’t understand the guy and was mad at me for not hearing him after he was whispering and then he sent me to the company and I this point I don’t even want the money back just want people to know about these vendors and not to buy stuff from them...
