We were planning on buying our previous home that we were renting, but the landlord changed his mind and wanted more rent money instead. Phenomenal realtor! Tricia got us many showings on a next day request, even when likely not convenient times for her, but she was always cheerful and kind as well as being responsive and on the ball.
