Teems Electric Co Inc — Local services in Fort Oglethorpe

Our experience with Teems has been terrible!! Save yourself the trouble and use someone who knows what they're doing! They quoted us on Extra stuff that they thought should be done, so we let them know we didn't need it all and gave clear direction on what we wanted done. They get to work and made 1/2 the first floor of our house not have electricity and left it that way saying we needed to have other construction done before they could fix it. Great, so we completed the rest of the construction and asked them to please come back and make the electricity work as it previously did. They come back on an hourly basis for 2 days and "can't" get it to work. Said it's a short and had all kinds of excuses. I said no, you're telling me you've been here 2 days (working hourly!) and can't figure out what you did to make it not work?!? Stop working and send an invoice. Our total and it's $700 more than the agreed to price and we don't even have electricity back!! It was a simple job and we're left with wires hanging from the ceiling and sticking out of the wall. The invoice says all the things they "tried" to do. No kidding it says "tried" 7 times. It's now 8 weeks after they agreed to send an updated invoice with work that was actually done and we don't have one. They actually re-sent the same old one 2 days ago after us begging them to please send an updated version with work completed. We still don't have electricity back where it was messed up. Also, don't expect them to treat your things nicely. Fixtures that are on your ceiling will just be cut and unusable if they need to get behind them. Worst part is, they have yet to take accountability for the rediculous stuff that has happened. Save yourself the headache!! Go with someone who knows what...

These guys are awesome! We had a fan that was replaced. The new fan made a rotational noise. They debugged the issue and now ... NO noise. We had a 2nd fan that wouldn't work after the receiver module was replaced. They debugged that and now it works! They're patient when working problems and, most importantly, they READ the owners manuals that come with the fans. They even used Google to research similar issues to help resolve the problem I would highly recommend them!...

Epic fail by @TeemsElectric this morning. Scheduled to be at my house at 8:30. They didn't show up. They didn't call to let me know they weren't coming. I reached out an hour after the scheduled time of arrival and was told they got busy with a big job and it slipped their mind they were supposed to be at my house.
