You are able to sign up for memberships online, but cannot cancel unless you go into the gym, fill out a paper form, and slide under the office door. Also, when signing up for any memberships it doesn’t obviously mention a $50 cancellation fee if you cancel before 6 months. It is at the very bottom of the terms and conditions along with the “no refund” policy. I think the way it is set up is very misleading...
